Cut unhealthy food from your diet. Junk food, fats and carbonated drinks, sweets and sugary juices. They all leave you temporarily satisfied, but do very little to feed your inmune system which need to always be 'on guard' to prevent diseases to develop in our bodies.  
Instead, ADD SUPERFOODS to your healthy diet. Satisfy yourself with lots of fruits, veggies, grains and nuts every day!! These will keep your inmune system up and ready to keep you healthy and full of energy.
